This policy explains how Smokey Enterprises LLC, doing business as Smokey Digital (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit www.smokeydigital.xyz, respond to our advertisements, or message us. By using the site you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you write in a message or email.
- Usage data: anonymous page-view statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
How we use it
- To reply to you and handle the request you made.
- To provide, manage, and bill for services you engage us for.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, email provider, and hosting, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data are never shared, as set out in the next section.
Text messaging (SMS) consent
When you send a message through the chat on this site and give us your phone number, you consent to Smokey Digital contacting you about that request by text, phone, or email, including messages sent by an automated system. This covers replies and follow-up about the request you made. If you would rather not agree, do not send a message through the chat.

- Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We record when you consented and the wording you agreed to.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Full messaging terms are in our Terms of Service.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing kadyn@smokeydigital.xyz. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date above will change.
